Bloor West Village

This hip Toronto community encompasses a popular shopping district along Bloor Street between Jane St and Ellis park road. The larger area includes Runnymede, Swansea and High Park. Bloor West Village created the world’s first Business Improvement area in 1970, and residents and visitors alike enjoy the benefits some 40 years later. Home to highly-regarded private and public schools, Bloor West Village is a popular neighbourhood for families. It is within walking distance of High Park - Toronto's biggest and best-known park.
High Park

The High Park neighbourhood is home to a wide range of people. Its highly regarded schools including Humberside Collegiate attract many families with school-age children. It also contains numerous rental opportunities that are popular with singles and couples, and a handful of seniors’ accommodations. The neighbourhood features gently rolling hills, winding streets, and towering Oak trees that enchant and delight all who live and visit. Perhaps the biggest attraction, High Park itself is one of Toronto's largest and most popular parks, featuring a 399 acre parkland containing picnic areas, flower gardens, animal paddocks, a restaurant, an outdoor amphitheatre, sports facilities, a trackless train, an adventure playground and a large pond.
